Massages in the Workplace

Here at In Mind and Body, we care about your staff and want them to get the most out of our on-site workplace massages. Our skilled and experienced therapists will work on the postural position the individual normally sits in using a therapist chair, in order to help relieve tension in the neck, back and arms. 

Before each treatment, our qualified therapists carry out a brief consultation to establish if there are any particular areas of concern. They will then adjust the chair to each individual to ensure maximum comfort.


Our mobile massage services can be delivered on a flexible basis depending on your specific requirements.

Frequently asked questions

How do you vet your Therapists?

At In mind and Body we go through a detailed onboarding process in order to ensure we work with highly experienced practitioners. All of our therapist and practitioners are professionally qualified and fully insured.

How much clothing do I need to remove?

No clothing needs to be removed. Although, it is advisable to wear comfortable and practical clothing.

How do we pay for the service?

There are three options available to pay for the service: 1. Fully subsidised by the employer. 2. Half subsidised by the employer and staff pay the remaining balance to their employer. 3. Employees can pay for their sessions directly to your organisation. Please note that the service will need to be paid in advance of the treatment.

What is the cancellation policy?

You will be required to give 48 hours notice if you would like to cancel a booked session, otherwise the full payment will be due.

How long does each Chair Massage last?

Each chair massage is tailored to your organisations requirements and can vary in length anywhere from 10, 15, 20 or even 30 mnutes depending on the number of employees and the number of hours you have booked a therapist for.

Do you only offer Chair Massages in the office?

No. We offer Chair Massages in a variety of settings such as events, exhibitions, conferences and private events.
